Top Commercial Real Estate Events and Conferences 2023

With 2023 underway, there are a number of Commercial and Real Estate events and conferences coming up providing the perfect opportunity for networking, education and generating leads. Whether you want to attend or be an exhibitor, put these dates in your calendar now.

The London PropTech Show – 15-16 February, Business Design Centre, London, UK

“Bringing Together The Global PropTech Industry”
The London PropTech Show brings together Proptech professionals to capitalise on new opportunities in the sector. Taking place 15-16 February, the Show will bring together leading international Proptech industry experts, policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs for two days of exclusive industry insights, networking and a world-class showcase of innovative products and services, as well as a stellar line-up of speakers.

Alongside the conference will be an exhibition space for regional and global real estate technology companies and innovative startups to showcase the latest products and services.

Futurebuild – 7-9 March , ExCel, London, UK

Futurebuild is a construction-wide conference focused on environmental sustainability. Speakers and delegates come from across the supply chain, and include property developers, architects and designers, landlords and operators.

Those attending will learn about the emerging technologies and processes that will help the construction industry to achieve net zero – if put into practice by the majority.
One of the best things about this conference is the price: it’s free. And there are lots of sessions taking place across the three days.

MIPIM – 14–17 March, Cannes, France

Established in 1990, MIPIM is a 4-day real estate event bringing together the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry.
The event aims to facilitate business between investors, corporate end-users, local authorities, hospitality professionals, industrial and logistics players and other real estate professional.

MIPIM offers discussions, keynotes, panels and presentations focusing on property investment, trends and development across many real estate sectors. There are also a number of events usually including themed breakfasts and luncheons, an opening cocktail party, the MIPIM Awards ceremony and dedicated meetings.

GCUC North America – 19-21 April, Convene Willis Tower, Chicago, US

GCUC’s flexible workspace conference, hosts an array of sector professionals each year. 2023’s programme is brimming with insights, topical conversations and keynotes.

Day one will provide a couple of options: one for industry newbies, offering advice on how to operate a profitable workspace; the other for flexible workspace veterans, with mastermind sessions designed to help pros level up their existing strategy.
Day two will feature mainstage talks designed to educate and inspire. Delegates will also be able to meet the organisations showcasing their products and innovations.
Day three is ‘choose your own adventure’, featuring a series of sessions, demos, space tours and social programming at various spaces around Chicago.

CRETech London – 10–11 May, Magazine London, UK

CREtech New York – 19-21 September, Javits Center, New York, US

CREtech New York will bring three days of in-person events spanning real estate technology and innovation. With over 2,500 delegates and 120 speakers the conference aims to be an engaging and informative few days.

Attendees include landlords, asset managers, brokerages, construction companies, tech start-ups, venture capitals, thought-leaders, and more.
The event has an official matchmaking app, through with attendees can view recommended connections, browse the full list of attendees, and connect with others via private messages and book one-to-one meetings to help get deals done and make important business connections.

Blueprint – 12-14, September, The Paris, Las Vegas, US

Blueprint Vegas is an annual event for Proptech and construction tech startups, VCs, and real estate industry executives. The 2023 event will host over 2,000 delegates, and feature more than 70 panels and presentations. You can join the largest global gathering of industry leaders and innovators across asset classes for three days of networking, learning and ecosystem advancement.

CREtech Climate Global Leadership Summit – 1 October, Location TBC

Join the greatest minds in climate tech taking real steps towards decarbonising the built world. The three-day summit will feature expert speakers, relationship-building activities, educational excursions, open collaboration and more.

EXPO REAL – 4-6 October, Trade Fair Center Messe München, Munich, Germany

The three-day trade fair takes place in Munich every October – and had been doing so since 1998. One of the biggest trade fairs for property and investment in Europe, EXPO REAL offers an ideal setting for networking.

The wide-ranging conference program addresses what moves the industry. Renowned experts discuss the trends and innovations of the real estate, investment and financing markets through conferences and panel discussions.

At the EXPO REAL you will find potential business partners for the entire life cycle: of a property – from the idea, concept, investment and financing to realisation, marketing, operation and use.

2023 CoreNet Global Summit – 28-30 October, Colorado Convention Center, Denver, Colorado, US

The CoreNet Global Summit gathers corporate real estate professionals from around the world. The summit is designed to help professionals from all aspects of corporate real estate advance their skills, connect with peers, and to learn about the latest innovations that are reshaping the way we live and work. The North American summit will host more that 2,500 attendees, 200 speakers and hold 100 sessions.

This year’s summit is different from previous years and will take place Saturday through Monday.

Coworking Europe – 28-29 November, Alfandega Do Porto, Portugal

The Coworking Europe conference is the biggest and oldest international event devoted to the rising Coworking and Flex Workspace industry. Panels, sessions and networking. Conversations from coworking, co-living, sustainability, technology and flexible working will be covered over this two-day event.

The conference includes a Porto Coworking Tour, visiting more than 12 coworking and co-living spaces.

The British Council for Offices’ (BCO) – year-round events, UK

The BCO looks to research, develop and communicate best practice in all aspects of the office sector. It delivers this by providing a forum for the discussion and debate of relevant issues. Throughout the year the BCO provide a series of events to their members. The members are an organisation involved in creating, acquiring or occupying office space, whether architects, lawyers, surveyors, financial institutions or public agencies.
