They source exceptional properties in the most sought-after areas of London, the Home Counties and the English countryside, of which over 60% of acquisitions are off-market. 


The Opportunity:

Now in its 20th year of business, The Buying Solution works on behalf of ultra-high-net-worth clients, finding them off-market properties that do not appear online. These clients demand the ultimate discretion, trust and professionalism when purchasing real estate. 

Following a brand refresh in 2022, the business needed marketing resource to manage and deliver their content creation and communications. The Buzz were the ideal fit to deliver this outsourced solution. 

The senior team also felt it vital to bring all employees on this journey, so The Buzz offered social media coaching on how to work together to make a bigger impact in this highly competitive sector. 


Creating The Buzz:

Our approach involved an upfront investment of time in the first month to connect with the key stakeholders and partners. This allowed us to delve deeper to properly understand the optimum positioning and messaging and to create a content strategy. We then moved into mobilisation and implementation phases to streamline the day-to-day running of the account – with approvals, reporting metrics and KPIs in place. 

The deliverables included a comprehensive audit of content and in-depth stakeholder questionnaires, after which we presented a content framework to the core team of our recommendations. 

The Buzz then created a multi-channel 12-month content planner, creating and managing all social media content, regular client newsletter and blog content throughout the year.
